My Tracking Shows “Delivered,” but I Haven’t Received My Package—What Should I Do?Updated 2 months ago

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—there are a few steps you can take to locate your package.

1. Check Common Delivery Locations

  • Mailboxes & Parcel Lockers – USPS and Canada Post may deliver to your mailbox or a parcel locker.
  • Nearby Delivery Areas – Look around your front door, porch, garage, or any other location where a package may have been safely placed.

2. Ask Around

  • Household Members – Someone in your household may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Neighbors – Occasionally, carriers may deliver to a nearby address by mistake.

3. Check for Proof of Delivery (ICS Shipments Only)

If your order was shipped with ICS, they provide a proof of delivery (POD) photo that shows exactly where your package was left. Here’s how to access it:

  • Visit the ICS Tracking Website
  • Enter your tracking number
  • Click "Request POD"
  • Verify with your postal code to view the proof of delivery photo

4. Contact the Carrier

  • Local Carrier’s Office – In some cases, a package may be held at a local carrier facility if the recipient wasn’t available at the time of delivery.

5. Verify Your Shipping Address

Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it matches your current address.
